Thunderbolt Display to MacBook Pro with USBC Adapter

Hi All,

I have a 2020 MacBook Pro connected to a Thunderbolt Display via a Thunderbolt to USBC adapter (genuine). Since Sonoma update the display will just go blank for no reason periodically. Removing and reseating the connector and bring it to life but this issue is intermittent. I have tried a different USBC adapter also but no difference.

Any ideas on what I can try to stop this, its driving me nuts!

Have to tread unplugging the display from wall, wait 3 minutes and plugging back in? This can reset the internal settings.
