Unknown error (3) when exporting photos into a folder on my desktop

I've been trying to transfer iCloud photos into folders on my desktop (about 16,000) I've tried exporting in small batches, changed iCloud settings to download originals, repaired iPhoto, and updated everything but still no luck. Please help!

Photos app stuck at restoring from iCloud I have been trying to sync photos in photos app on Mac for days and it still saying "Restoring from iCloud" with number of photos showing around 80% of total number of photos showing in iCloud. I did do photo library repairing tools already but it still stuck at the same spot. When I did use this command log stream --style syslog --predicate '(subsystem beginswith[cd] "com.apple.photos.cpl")' it shows something like "[com.apple.photos.cpl:engine.syncmanager.lasterror] Sync session in push got error: Error Domain=CloudPhotoLibraryErrorDomain" and some error said "Failed to save" What can I do next? Please help, it's been weeks since I did first restoring.

Error ox80070185: The cloud operation was unsuccessful I have two movie (.MOV) files which will not download to my iCloud Photos folder on my Windows 11 laptop. I keep getting an error message "Error ox80070185: The cloud operation was unsuccessful". I have larger files which have successfully downloaded? Any suggestions
