SOS frozen on, but it says no sim card
iPhone XS Max is frozen& stuck at the top right corner of the screen. I already did a soft reset but it didn’t fix it

Getting the SIM Card Reconfigured:
Contact your Carrier. They have locked this, and get the SIM card reconquered. You have performed a reset. So, contact your Carrier.
