It's looking like some pressure or impact to part of the display assembly.

Although unlikely from the location, those webcam covers are known to cause physical damage due to how flush the display sits with the keyboard.

This repair would require AC+ for a $99 display repair. Otherwise, it's out of pocket cost for physical damage.

Probably physical damage. You posted a screenshot, which will not show hardware failure.
