Apple Watch pain in my wrist

I wear my watch on both wrist and the pain is happening on both wrist what can I do to subside this pain cause my wrist really hurts on both arms and I can’t understand why Apple Watches have this issue it needs to be fixed and addressed so that we can enjoy using our devices
