Apple Watch Auto Dimming

Apple please consider treating your customers like adults. Allow us TOTAL control over the brightness on our Apple Watches. I understand that the auto dimming feature, along with the ambient light sensor is there to protect the battery, but I have a hard time seeing my watch a number of times throughout the day, with no ability to adjust the brightness. Some of our eyes are not as good as the developers in charge of this software nightmare. listen to your customers and adjust to their feedback on this issue. Those of us that need a full brightness all throughout the day understanding impact it will have on battery life. We would much rather have a dead battery at the end of the day, and not being able to use it throughout the day at all. If this doesn’t get fixed, I will consider another Smart watch for my next purchase

The latest update to WatchOS 10.4 adds Settings/Accessibility/Minimum Brightness.

Turn this ON and the watch will no longer dim in dark areas.
