I am unable to delete a previously subscribed calendar. There's no Unsubscribe option or Delete button when I click the red "i". The calendar only appears on my iOS devices.
I am unable to find a solution...
Here is how it looks on my Iphone and Mac.
I hope someone can help with this problem that looks recurrent to multiple users.

Do you have a Google account (or from any other provider than Apple)? If so, you may have subscribed to the rugby tournament's schedule in the Google account's calendar (called Agenda), therefore that's where you may need to unsubscribe from it.
I don't understand why you say the calendar only appears on iOS devices when the second picture shows you have it on your Mac as well.
I have this problem in OS Sonoma. I've wasted a half hour on the Internet trying to find a solution. This is nonsense! Apple just changes things without asking if we want them changed. Makes life that much more difficult.
