Because on the screen they show the things on the top says no service I used my phone before so everything is okay but when the screen is damaged I gave it to the store to fi it then I’ll pick it up so this is the problem, which is no service. Sorry, I updated my phone with the new iOS update on Friday and I can only use my phone with WiFi connection. I am not able to use apps and my cellular data.
