Hi utcarr,
welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.
Re "How do I cancel all my apple accounts, now that I don't have apple products.
Apple keeps billing me automaticly.
I've tried to cancel Apple tunes, but keep getting automaticly billed. How do I stop any further payments?"
You might want to check just what the automatic charges are for:
How to see what you are charged for: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
With cancelled subscriptions, they should cease when the current subscription period ends.
Seems there may still be a subscription you get charged for. If so, you would need to cancel that so you aren't charged regularly. See what to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
or
For an Apple Music subscription: How to cancel Apple Music - Apple Support
________
If any unwanted charges are coming from an App developer:
Find the URL for an app in the App Store to report a concern - Apple Support
and
you can report a problem: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

You may want to claim a refund:
If a refund is granted, it would be refunded to the same payment method that was charged, if it is available.
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
After any refunds are received you might want to remove any payment methods from your Apple ID account.
(Your Apple ID account gives you access to services you sign into: FaceTime, Messages etc. which are free.)
