HI, I keep getting these messages coming up. I have found guidance on this forum to sort it and followed instructions from John Galt.
Here are the 3 screen shots told to take and share. Please let me know what to do next

While in that mode, drag the following files to the Trash:
Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the alert messages cease to appear.

Also having problems with this but cannot find these two folders on my Mac
