Unable to verify app integrity

I'm trying to download a port for a game using an IPA, but when installed it says

"Unable to Install "Pizza Tower"

This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified."

I've looked in the device management tab like everyone else has said to, but nothing shows up. Help please!

Unable to launch . . . because it has an invalid code signature, inadequate entitlements or its profile has not been explicitly trusted by the user" and... an error on my iPhone saying, "Unable to Verify App" -- "An Internet connection is required to verify trust of the developer "Apple Development: xxx@gmail.com..." This app will not be..." Also, I have an excellent Internet connection. I am not sure why the app cannot get verified. I have an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16.4.1 (a) and a Mac running MacOS Ventura. Please assist! I really need to get my app on my phone and test it! Thanks!

suddenly verified app not verified I have installed a Profile/Device Management and the app has been working fine. Now when I try to open the app it says; "Unable to Verify App... An internet connection is required to verify trust of the developer... " In Settings it now says; "An app from developer... is not verified on this iPhone and will not run until it is verified using your network connection" I have network connection and have been using this app up until now. When I tap Verify App>Verify nothing happens. if i uninstall and reinstall and re-trust and redo my login info it works ! how do i stop this process i have too many apps to be doing this several times a month. ive lost some apps i cant re-find aswell. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks
