My iTunes is disabled and I’m not sure why or what happened. I am not able to use a dating app now. Can you help?

I’m not sure why my iTunes had been disabled on both my iPhone and iPad.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support. Click the “request reactivation” link in: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
