Iphone 8 plus suddenly not giving any notification anymore

I have been using this iphone 8 plus for more than 5 years now. I never had issue with notifications until recently. Suddenly, my iphone isn't sending any notification, neither sound or vibration and I didn't toggled the mute button on the side. Sometime I get notification, but with no sound or vibration. I never put my phone on "do not disturb" either. I checked on the settings "Notifications" every app I need notifications to be turned on such as Messenger, Gmail, Instagram, Linkedlin. But nothing seems to work.

My phone is also up to date to iOS 16.7.2. I can't update my iphone more since this phone is too old. Eventually I got the idea to restart my phone. It didn't fix the issue. After a bit of research on the internet, I have heard resetting the setting fixed the issue for some people. I tried it twice, but nothing worked for me. I tested sending notification using another iphone on the same account to see if both iphone will receive a notification. As expected my iphone 8 plus didn't gave any notification, neither sound or vibration unless I go to the app. The other iphone got the notification as expected. I am starting to believe it's time to let this phone go. Every suggestion can be helpful!
