Ethernet disconnects if connected with Wifi

This problem has started after installing the new Mac OS Sonoma. I have a wired ethernet connection as well as wifi in my office. The wifi is purely for internet whereas the ethernet provides access to internet as well as connection to the server for running accounting software.

If I start up my computer with the wifi turned off, it automatically connects to the ethernet connection and works fine. However if i turn on the wifi (for airdrop etc), it drops the ethernet connection.

I have to then turn off the wifi and unplug and replug the network cable for it to work again. I think this has happened after the Sonoma update as earlier both my ethernet and wifi used to connected together and I was not facing any problems at all.

Please suggest some solution.
