Logic Pro - Jp-8080 Editor Help Midi Changes
Hey guys I have a Roland jp-8080 setup with aura / mystery island plugin
My issue is everything works but except when I change between the Midi "Instrument and audio" the patch get's changed for some reason while im switching between the two.
Ironically within FL Studio on Mac I don't have this issue,
Im guessing when I click between midi instrument and audio somehow midi info is sent quickly which distorts the original patch settings that I selected
You see Instrument 2 I Loaded the Jp-8080 editor then I selected the full rank 1 patch everything sounds great and works
but as soon as I click Audio 2 with input monitoring
the patch that I selected within the JP Editor the patch settings get twisted a little bit and it doesn't sound like the same patch that I selected.
I don't have this issue with FL Studio only within logic
I really am trying hard to figure it out but can't lol
im also a logic noob Ive tried everything I can think off
I even bought new midi cables
basically when I have the instrument 2 selected and I click on the patch that I like it works great I can write midi notes and stuff but as soon as I click audio 2 with the direct monitoring then the patch settings that I choose change
like the patch modulation changes or something making the original preset sound wobbley
Im assuming somehow the midi data change between midi instrument 2 and audio 2 somehow for a split second changes the value of the preset that I chose.
If I click my mouse between the instrument 2 and audio 2 an ideal situation would be that it doesn't change my preset settings would be great
any help would be greatly appreciated hopefully I explained myself properly
thank you
