I do not see this 50.00 in my apple cash or card
got an email saying i earned 50.00 and it is in my apple cash card but it's not there

Is the email address where you received the email the same as your Apple ID?
Note that it could be a phishing attempt to get you to give a scammer your Apple ID Password. Did the email have any of the tell tale signs of a phishing email, such as a fake contact number to call or a button to enter your Apple ID Password?

If not a phishing email, I see you came from the support article to set up the Apple Cash card. Did you currently have the Apple Cash card set up?
