iPhone Keypad touch tone not working on menu during call

My keypad touchtones don't seem to work on calls. When calling any company/bank/vendor that I need to navigate through their touchtone menu the system on the other end doesn't recognize/hear what number i'm pressing. I cannot hear any touchtone either. I have rebooted, checked keyboard sounds to be sure they are on, turned it off and on, made sure the ringer is on, and volume up. Never had this problem before I did the latest update to 17.1.2.

Custom ringtones stop playing after 3 seconds on iPhone 14 with iOS 18.1.1 iPhone 14, iOS 18.1.1 Calls from contacts with custom ringtones assigned to them only play the ringtone for about 3 seconds. The call is still actively incoming, and I can answer it, but there is no ringtone after the initial 3-5 seconds. Factory ringtones and alerts/alarms work fine. Only the custom ringtones quit audibly playing a few seconds in. This has been going on for a couple months now, so during iOS 17, but continues now with iOS 18. If I go to the settings and choose the custom ringtone, it plays fine, so the files are working. I have checked the accessibility settings and they are set to automatic. How do I fix this issue? Iphone 13 pro max ringtone not working from bottom speakers I have an iPhone 13 pro max and the ringtone audio is not working from the bottom speakers. All other audio works fine from the bottom speaker such as watching videos from photos or YouTube, but when I get an incoming call or if I go to the sounds & haptic in settings to change the ringtone/volume, audio output can only be heard from the top speakers. I have tried to troubleshoot options I've read, such as making sure Do Not Disturb is off, turned off max volume settings and preformed a hard reset, but nothing has fixed the issue. The iPhone 13 pro max is current on the lasted IOS 18.3.1.
