“About this page” on safari and google chrome.

So basically I went on chrome and I wanted to search up something, but when I did it was showing that “about this page” thing and it was also doing it on safari. Does this mean I’m hacked or something? Cause when I turned off my wifi and used my data, it disappeared but when I turned on the wifi again it was still there. Also it was doing the same thing on my laptop and iPad.
