AirTag detected near me - NOT MINE

Hello,

Yesterday I got a message at nighttime saying an unknown AirTag was following me.

I could see it in the Find-My app and sent it a msg to beep but couldn’t hear it so I tried using the find function but it just read FAR and it was dark.

It started in a nearby residential area 5 miles away at 1:30am, moved past me twice and I see 4 readings/dots that appear to be in my tent.

Tonight it doesn’t show it is active.

Did someone possibly use an AirTag to locate me or am I being paranoid?

If it just passed by I would just assume it was in a car going by but the four dots at my camp in the middle of the night concerns me.

I do use BT remotes but I never had an iPhone confuse them for an AirTag plus I was asleep.

I don’t use AirTags.
