iOS Calendar Default for 2nd Event Notification Time

A single default Notification time for iOS Calendar Events can be set in:

Settings → Calendar → Default Alert Times → Events

However, each Event can have up to two Notification times, the first of which is present based on the above default in Setting:

Does anyone know away to set a default for the second Event Notification time?

A valid address that triggers a "Time to Leave" alarm also produces a little map in the event's details. It means it's a recognizable location listed in some database, just as Maps finds it. If the location you entered doesn't generate a map (after Adding the event), try typing it more precisely or do some research in Maps to get the correct wording. It can also be the name of the place, like "Empire State Building", if an address is associated with it.

You must also allow Calendar to use Location services to know where you're starting from.
