Macx youtube videodownloader

I have a mid 2012 Macbook pro with IOS Mojave and have been using the youtube videodownloader in the past with no problem, now I just replaced the HDD with a SSD and restore the mac with time machine but now the downloader asks to "check the link address, firewall options or proxy settings" I checked the firewall and proxy off, cleaned caches, cookies, run disk utility, re installed IOS 10.14.6 erased again the SSD and restore it with time machine and nothing has worked!!

What is happening?
