Please help, I have this annoying type to speak… Box on my screen all the time. Can anyone tell me how to erase this or get rid of it? Honestly, I know I put it on but I can't remember how or how to get it off. Any help would certainly be appreciated. I'm sure it's a simple fix. Thank you.

Try this:
On your Mac, click Apple menu > System Preferences (or System Settings) > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Uncheck the “Speak typing feedback” checkbox. Also uncheck any of the other check boxes in the right pane (see screenshot) that are checked.

Just updated to 14.4.1; "Type To Speak" Box just appears on screen, cannot turn it off via either Spoken Content or Keyboard settings, including all possible key combinations (mic F5 key, double-tap Globe, etc.)
Ideas?
