Watch trade in price disagreement

I recently traded in my watch series 6 for a 9 ( apple quoted me £95 online ) for the condition in which my watch would have been in, and it was in mint condition - I rarely wore it as it was gifted to me during the Covid pandemic and I wasn’t active much, when I was out with it had a protective case, the watch was mint condition - but Apple have only given me £55 credit, I feel totally robbed, any idea who I take this up with? I’d rather have the watch back to sell privately as I feel I’ve been totally ripped off.

You should have had an option to reject the revised offer and have the Watch returned to you.

See the following from Apple Trade In - Apple (UK)

Why did I receive a revised trade-in value offer?

If the condition of your device is different from what you described, we’ll provide a revised value.

If the revised value is lower than the initial estimate, you can either accept or reject it. If you accept it, we’ll continue with the trade-in. If you paid monthly and received an instant credit, we’ll charge the difference in value to the provided payment method. If you paid in full, the revised amount will be credited to your original payment method (or in some cases, via bank transfer). If you reject it, we’ll cancel the trade-in and return your old device.

If the revised value increases, we’ll automatically increase your trade-in credit.

I’ve received no messages at all from Apple, just a £55 refund to my account and no option to cancel and get my watch back - for £55 id have given it to my dad. I followed there support link there but got nowhere, dead end each time. Literally just spent close to £1000 with Apple over Black Friday and im in 2 minds to send it all back I’m that annoyed.
