How can I unlock my Apple ID?

I have two factor authentication enabled and don’t know the phone number.

I have two factor authentication enabled on my apple id and I don’t know the number. Now wherever I go it says to confirm that it’s me by logging in. But because of not knowing the number I can’t log in anywhere. Also tried to iforgot.apple.com it says the same too. Therefore I am stuck now. Please help me to recover my apple ID using the password only.
