Iphone 14 Plus main rear camera not working properly

This problem started back June, I forgot which update it was but after updating the software; the main rear camera wouldn’t focus on something far away. All my photos and videos look like they’re taken on portrait and cinematic mode. Everything not within three feet is blurry, even if there’s no object within three feet. I’ve done factory reset on everything in my phone for many times. There were brief instances where it’d start working properly after I update since that incident, but the problem comes back after a minute or two. I’ve contacted apple support many times and never got a reply. I can’t go to any apple support physically at the moment, I’m in Alaska at one of the remote villages.
