Payment of order

i ordered online from apple store a iphone 15 bro 256 GB and i received an email saying that my order was taken and it was shipped too but then yesterday i got an email saying my order is refunded and so i called apple store and they told me there is a problem with the payment from the bank but the bank tells me that money has been taken away so how come ?
