iphone 14 pro max personal hotspot speed

In my iPhone 14 pro max, the internet speed is showing 1.2 Gbps in both Ookla and fast.com but when I connect it to my laptop it shows 200 mbps, i tried using both wifi and USB only option but it remains the same, how do I resolve this issue

Personal Hotspot is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. Please contact your carrier’s support team and inquire about your issue. Thanks.
