Ordering a custom keyboard

Whether you can get that from Apple depends on where you live. In the US there is no problem, you just go to the online store and order one:

Magic Keyboard - Korean - Apple

If the Apple online store in your country does not have them, you normally have to travel to someplace that does or buy from a non-Apple source (Apple stores do not sell outside their own country).

You just go to the UK online store and find the keyboard area, example below. Korean is not available, so you need to look at non-Apple stores.
