iOS smb the operation couldn't be completed attribute not found

I have my NAS running and haven't changed a thing. For some reason now I get the error "the operation couldn't be completed attribute not found" when I try to write any files.

I can read files and I can create folders. But I can't copy/move/create files.

I have the same issue when trying to save a file from Photo application on iOS 17.1.2 to a smb location.

I can create a directory on the same device directly in Files app.

I can save files and create directory on macOS.

Apparently there is a problem with the Photos app itself. I can save a photo if I add text to the Caption field. It's very inconvenient if you'd like to upload many pictures.

Disk attached to the router is formatted with ext3.
