Remove cents

Can you remove/delete my cents from my balance?

We can't but you can, maybe with help from Apple.


If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card. You may also click on Official Apple Support (the same as clicking on "Support" at the bottom left of this page) and they can zero it for you. Better yet, use this direct link Apple provides to take you the people who do the very service you need --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0998&symptom_id=20198

It might save you some time, and using the general support link will likely just eventually take you here anyway after a bit of hunting.


Alternatively give Apple a call:
