How do I use my late 2013 imac as a second monitor for a mid 2021 imac?

I have a mid 2021 27" imac running Ventura and would like to use an older, late 2013 27" imac running Catalina as a second monitor.

A. Is this possible?

B. How to do it?

You can not, because new Mac's do not support using any iMac in Target Display Mode.
