I lost my phone and I had to recover it using my girlfriends phone. I signed her out in the process and now she doesn’t remember her Apple ID and can’t sign into her iPhone Apple ID. When we put in her phone number as another option my Apple ID pops up ( it’s like this) c********g*****.com. Our goal is to get her Apple ID back.

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.
Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
