Why is my storage not reducing even though o have deleted many photu

Did you also delete those photos from the Recently Deleted album?

If you did not delete them from from this album, they will remain there for ~30 days

iCloud storage? Device storage? The size/capacity of your photos may not be high enough to show a significant change. So that may be what’s happening. If you need to free up a lot of space you will likely need to delete some things with significantly more size (videos, documents, app data for some apps can be extremely high, etc)
