I had an old work email address still listed in my Apple Pay that despite the fact it was not default address it sometimes populated orders on the web when using Apple Pay. No way to edit it directly on the Mac and the help I found on the web was mostly incorrect suggestions like editing email in contacts etc.
Meanwhile, I decided perhaps it must be deleted on all my devices. I had a spare iPhone I didn't use so tried that first, but Apple Pay was not setup. I deleted in on my iPhone and iPad and after rebooting it was still there. Updated to latest software and now it's updated. I suspect the update was not required but the changes in the iPhone and iPad just took some time to propagate across the other device.
Kind of a fail on Apple's part though to allow Apple Pay to work on Mac but not allow for the editing of the emails.
Anyone else having difficulty with old email address in Apple Pay on the Mac?
