Airpod Pro replacement

I bought a new right airpod pro to replace my previous damaged. The service in the apple store told me to charge the case with the airpod forcat least 30min. But after 30mins they continue to don’t work. The led flashes orange and don’t pair my iphone…

Airpod pros my airpod pro case keeps flashing orange/amber, its staying for about 5 seconds, going off then coming back on again straight away, there charging at the moment, i dont know if it means if theyre just charging and saying there charging but its better to be safe than sorry

Brand new left AirPod not working. My left AirPod hasn’t worked since I took it out the box brand new. It is 100% charged and the right pod works fine. They are 2nd generation. Any ideas what I can do to get it working? Maybe I just bought a dud! :(

Try and charge them for a prolonged period of time, longer then 30 minutes to see if the issue keeps persisting
