How To Shut Off High Efficiency Mode On Windows 11 iCloud App?

I would like to shut down the green energy efficiency mode for my iCloud on my Windows device because it is greatly impacting my ability to transfer files between my home and mobile device for business. Unfortunately Apple programmers have disabled the ability to shut off the green efficiency mode. Is there a way to disable it so that it doesn't affect my productivity?
