We are a business who transferred a phone number to another iphone and now everything is screwed up and apple is making us wait over a phone to verify

To reset the apple ID password of this phone and logout of apple ID we have to wait over a month. We now have two phones, one with the info we need to transfer and one with the number it's all attached to. So sending and receiving texts and everything is aggravating all of us here because two phones are dinging. No one at apple can speed up this process like it says above. We've contacted them and they've said they can't do anything.
