Can I update my iPhone to iOS 16.1 ?

please explain me if you understand

my iPhone is ios 15.9 now but it is asking to install 15.8 again. Why?? how can i do it 16.1 or smty like that? do you know this?

iOS 15.9 doesn't exist, and your iPhone (if it is a model 7 or 7Plus, as stated in your products list) cannot support iOS versions past 15.8. See why in this compatibility chart:

Well, it's showing "15.7.9", not 15.9.

As already explained, the most recent iOS version for an iPhone model 7 is now 15.8.
