Two denied refunds for no reason
Hello everyone,
1st case - I've installed the app Ling and was assured to have at least a trial week with the app, but the next day the app charged me 13.99 euros. So of course I got upset and requested my refund hoping that Apple would stand by my side as it always did in such cases. But to my big surprise Apple denied me twice, calling the support only confirmed that it's now done automatically and a human being is no longer involved in such cases. Lovely. I went to the developer and requested the refund from them as Apple suggested. To my surprise they just sent me back to Apple, since it's done by them. So here I am a customer who makes both companies rich standing alone and being unable to do anything. I just have to keep my mouth shut and enjoy the service I didn't ask for. Brilliantly done.
2nd case - I have a family shared account and my daughter decided to pay for Telegram premium, but got the transaction got denied since she's in another country now where it's not provided, though Apple gladly charged me. Again, I tried to request a refund, but guess what, yeah I got denied again. Wow, really? No service, no subscription and no refund. Such thing is called "scam".
Now my only option is you guys, the strongest and biggest community, people who use Apple services on a regular basis and make them reach. Help me out, please help my tiny voice to be heard among those corporate giants who don't care anymore.
