iPhone keeps flashing logo every 10 seconds

This happened to me too with my iPhone 12 pro max. It seems to have happened during an auto update overnight and for some reason, I couldn’t restore it due to my storage being full. They tried to repair my phone free of charge due to Apple Care but was told that they couldn’t fix it. I could get a replacement phone but had to pay $99 because the indicators detect some liquid inside. So of course, I had to get the replacement instead of not having a phone even without knowledge of getting it wet recently and knowing that wasn’t even the cause of the bootloop! The receipt order mentions not being able to verify that there was liquid and yet they claim there was?!?

It’s so frustrating, they refuse to take responsibility for this… this is just a way to force us to get new phones.

I'm having the same issue. 12 Pro - suddenly it said my storage was full which I thought was strange. I went to Storage on the phone and it said I had 25GB of stored music, so I deleted it all. Then it said I had about 10GB available. Shortly after that , I rebooted the phone to see if I could clear out more and it came back saying iPhone storage was full and then suddenly the screen went black with a tiny spinning wheel and it died. Ever since, it just keeps flashing the Apple logo. I'm suspecting something in that 17.3 update
