How to Tile Windows when only Move Window is offered

I've been playing around with window organisation, mostly because I keep seeing Windows users complaining about the Mac's window management, which is actually pretty good and I just wanted to run through all the options and see what it can do these days.

I've rarely used Tiled Windows, but whilst experimenting with various ways of organising windows (e.g. ... double-clicking on corners/sides/top-bar(with Zoom in settings)/also with Option-key and also just using the Green-Button commands... I've noticed that I cannot use 'Split-View' IOW, 'Tiled Windows'. I've tried lots of different things, but it's simply never offered. Instead of 'Tile Window to Left Side of Screen' I have 'Move Window to Left Side of Screen'

I've gone through the System Settings, but can't find anything that alters the behaviour.

Anyone any idea what may have changed?
