I use an App, Discord, on my computer. How do I contact you through a computer? I don't want to own smartphones anymore. I don't like them and I'm using a cell phone that's not smart on purpose. This is an accessibility issue, how can we make this happen?

The community this was originally posted in is Apple users and some are third-party app developers. Not folks that work for Apple.
Apple may or may not read postings around here.
I’m not aware of Apple offering support via Discord.
Apple does offer telephone support: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support as well as ASL and some other options via FaceTime or such, and FaceTime is an option for most macOS versions.
Apple was offering chat support in some regions, but I don’t see that listed as available right now.
And accessibility support options are listed here: Accessibility Support - Official Apple Support
There are third-party Discord channels discussing Apple topics, if you want to discuss the issue with other folks. But Apple AFAIK does not offer support via Discord.
