Newest watch update - watch battery drains within 2-4 hours

I hate this newest update to 10.1.1. I just put my watch on at 8am, and its 11 am and needs to charge already. I have to delay my workout to let my watch charge. This is totally unacceptable. My watch is basically useless half of the day now.

Apple Watch 10 battery drain after watchOS 26.3 update Since updating to watch os 26.3 both my Apple Watch 10 and my wife’s Apple Watch 10 batteries are draining much faster. They last less than a day sometimes even just half a day when they used to last about 18 hours. We’ve done all of the usual things suggested but we haven’t changed how we’ve used the watch or any settings, just updated it.

Which Apple Watch do you have?

Unpairing and pairing the watch again, and/or removing the widgets from the Apple Watch helped for some users.

Let's hope that Apple addressed that issue in the upcoming watchOS 10.2
