Excel spreadsheets maximizing when opened
Hi, whenever I open a an excel spreadsheet either from a mail attachment, or downloaded from another application (i.e. excel report), it automatically maximizes the spreadsheet on my screen (fills up the whole screen). I have a very large widescreen monitor and so I have to manually adjust every the spreadsheet. This may not sound like a big deal, but I may open 20-30 spreadsheets a day some time in my job, so pretty annoying process.
Once I adjust the spreadsheet size and save, it will open to the adjusted size every time. It is just new spreadsheets opening for the first time.
Anyone know why excel is defaulting to maximize the file on first time open? I have searched excel preferences and can find nothing.
I don' think it is related to my widescreen, it does this on any monitor.
Would sure love to fix the issue. Thanks in advance.
