Events ending at 12AM showing up on the next day

I have synced my work calendar to iCal, my shifts, and at 12 AM, but on my iCal calendar, it shows them populating the next day so it looks like I have another shift that day, how can I stop this?

I hadn't realized in my December reply that the picture was from the printed version of Apple Calendar. So I tested again and indeed, if an event stops at midnight (whether imported from another application or created directly in Calendar), it shows correctly on screen but spills into the next day in the printed version.

If you can change the end time to 11:59 PM it would patch the print problem. Ugly fix, I know.

I suggest you send a bug feedback to Apple. Feedback - Calendar - Apple

Is this really Apple Calendar application? It doesn't look like it, at least not the recent versions: the lines are thick, the time is not on the right of the event, and the marker is rectangular and not circular.

Nevertheless, can you open the details of the event to see exactly at what time it's supposed to end?

To post a screen capture of your screen, instead of taking a photo, press Shift-Command-5, frame a meaningful area, look in the options where the picture file will be saved (desktop by default), and press Enter.

As Recycleur says, your image does not appear to be Calendar. It's possible that the software is presenting the event on the 12th in your example because 12am (00:00 hours) is the start of a new day not the end of the old day.

This doesn't happen with Calendars on my Mac, or indeed my iPhone, but other software might be more picky.

Or perhaps it is a duplicate entry for the second day in a row?

it's my work calendar synched to iCal, funny thing is on the screen it looks fine, only when I print the calendar do the shifts that end at 12:00 AM wrap to the next day. I've tried changing the start and end of the day to different times in ical but that didn't help. yes, I could screen shot it and print it but it would break nice if what appeared on the screen is what prints.
