Anyone else having problems after update 17.1.2 ?
Locked me out of the App Store and other Apple apps, signed me out of the media and purchases part in the Apple ID settings and now I can’t get back in!

What do you mean, signed out? Is your account disabled in the App Store and iTunes? This has nothing to do with the update, but there is something wrong with your account that cannot be fixed at your end. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further assistance on the matter
