Apple Case ID how to get the status?
I contact apple in Nov'23 as there were some suspicious activity in my Apple ID, some charges were shown in my bank statement but they were not visible in my purchases in my Apple ID, some how I got through to the chat to one of the advisor, they had a look and found that charges were coming from inapp purchase from a Chinese app which I never downloaded in my iPhone.
A refund request was made but I never received the full amount back, now I am not able to find how I can get the status update on my case ID , and the purchase are not being shown in the apple ID , I don't have a clue how to get the status on the above refund
I feel like the process is made intentionally difficult for the customers who are requesting for refund , really disappointed with apple support experience
