Why am I having such a problem trying to pay for a gold card on the game Clash of Clans I put $10 on my account the card cost seven do not understand why probably on my end my fault I wish somebody could help me thank you

Using debit card I put $10 on my Apple count and I am unable to purchase a gold card on the game Clash of Clans please help thank you !!?!!
