Name of Unknown bluetooth device changed, and when I play Spotify, it is playing but without sound, when connected to the unknown device

3 parts to this: 1st- I noticed a Bluetooth device that was very similar to my sound bar, but not my sound bar. I was able to connect with it, and Spotify would play, but without sound. I shut down my phone, and the next time I powered it back on, immediately went to Bluetooth and the name of the device was one name, but quickly changed to the name I had been seeing. What does that mean? At 4am, I decided to do a test… I turned the volume all the way up on my phone, connected it to the unknown device, and hit play. Within a minute or two, the device disconnected, never to appear again. Thoughts? Last part, why is my Bluetooth saying I’m connected to all of these devices. I turned off all my electronic devices, all LED lights, internet, lights and placed all of my devices together, then I used a Bluetooth finder app, and got some info, but nothing that was very helpful.
