No, it's not AI, it's machine learning, and there's nothing in the final product to "mark" as different from any other. Even when it turns true AI, why would you have to "mark" it (whatever that means)?
"In addition, developers must clearly indicate that texts, images and sounds created by artificial intelligence are based on this technology."
Logic is not "creating" anything new. It's just tweaking manual knobs for you. There is nothing being "created by AI" from scratch in Logic. Only using the content already there. So, apples to onions. There is nothing you have to disclose.
If you used AI to create sounds and visuals and text from scratch, out of basically no content you supply, then yes, you would morally be wanted to attach a statement that it is AI created. But Logic doesn't do that.
I'm asking because I read this:
https://www.tagesschau.de/ausland/europa/eu-kuenstliche-intelligenz-regulierung-100.html
Quote from the link above:
Außerdem müssen Entwickler klar kenntlich machen, dass durch Künstliche Intelligenz geschaffene Texte, Bilder und Töne auf dieser Technologie beruhen.
Are you sure?

No and No.
How would you define "based on AI"?
Why and how would you "mark" your productions accordingly?
